CANCELLATION AND REFUND CASES
No cancellation/refund inquiries will be entertained, once the registration is done, under any circumstances except in case of multiple transactions
made against the same registration no. No chargeback / refund requests shall be entertained otherwise.
Please send all requests for refund to support[at]nic[dot]in with the following details:
- First and last four digits of your Credit card no
- Expiry date of the Card
- Name of the Cardholder
- Date of transaction
- Application No. / Roll No.
Refund requests will be accepted only up to two week of closing of the online application and the same shall be processed within 10 working days of receiving the request.
